GMHS Withdrawal Process
If Withdrawing Before the Last Day of the School Year:
Legal parent/guardian completes the online GMHS Withdrawal Form no more than 1 month prior to the withdrawal date. Directions on how to request final records are included in this form. If records are needed more than 1 month in advance, please complete the transcript or records request link above.
The completed form will be emailed to the parent, which should be printed and given to the GM student during his/her LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL. The student completes the charted portion of the form, having each teacher and school representative complete it as assigned.
Return this completed form to the GMHS Counseling Office. If the completed form is not returned, records may not be released.
