PAR assignment employees with an FTE less than 0.8; and all PAR assignment employees in facilities, food service and transportation job classes

Virginia Retirement System (VRS)

PAR assignment employees with an FTE of 0.8 or greater, excluding those in facilities, food service, and transportation job classes

Voluntary Retirement Savings Plans

FCCPS currently offers tax-sheltered annuity plans 403(b) or 457 through Voya and Corebridge. An employer match is available for eligible employees.

LIFE INSURANCE

Basic Life Insurance:

Active benefits-eligible employees will receive an employer paid basic life insurance policy at 2 times the employee's base salary.

Additional Life Insurance:

Additional life insurance options may be purchased by employees. Options and enrollment timeframes are determined by the employee's applicable retirement plan.
